Before a check can be issued
A completed W-9 must be on file with Go For Broke Productions before any earnings check can be picked up or mailed.
All checks are issued in the name of the competitor. The accompanying W-9 must be completed using the competitor's information — regardless of age or amount won.
How to submit your W-9
- Complete a W-9 at the show office, or
- Print the form using the link below, then email the completed form to goforbrokebarrelrace@gmail.com.
Important check policy
- Earnings checks are void if not cashed within 60 days of the date issued.
- Lost, washed, misplaced, or expired checks will not be reissued.
